Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and terms of payment for individual, couple and family counseling:

After your registration (online diary, by phone, email, WhatsApp) and my confirmation email, you have booked the individual, couples or family counseling.

Payment for counseling via ZOOM is made in advance upon receipt of the invoice by PayPal.

2. Cancellation and Postponement Policy:

Since I reserve the agreed time for you, I ask for your understanding that I have to charge the fee for short-term changes (postponements, cancellations):

Up to 2 working days (excluding weekends or public holidays) before your appointment, I charge 50% of the fee.

Up to 1 working day (excluding weekends or public holidays) before your appointmentthe session must be paid for in full.

3. Conditions of participation in the services I offer:

Individuals must be mentally healthy, which means no currently diagnosed mental illness

ICD-11 is available. According to the Psychotherapy Act, people with severe illness-related mental disorders cannot take part in individual or couple counseling on my part.

Psychological counseling does not replace psychotherapy or a doctor's visit.
